Early-access households use everything free.
At public launch Niles will be a straightforward subscription: one price for the whole household, no tiers, no ads, and we will never sell your family's data. Founding families will be looked after, and we'll tell you well before anything changes.
An assistant that holds your family's private life should be paid for by the family it serves, not by advertisers. Charging for Niles is what lets us promise there are no ads and no data sales. The business model and the privacy promise are the same decision.
Nothing. We're inviting a few households at a time while we build, and early-access households aren't charged. There's no card to enter and nothing to cancel.
We're not naming a number until Niles has earned it. When we do, you'll hear it from us directly and well in advance, never as a surprise charge.
